Cereal Box Masks

I was only able to get a few shots of these masks, as the kids were so excited about wearing them, they kept moving around to show each other, and swap animals. These masks were made out of the cardboard from our cereal boxes, along with crayons to color and some old fabric to tie things around the student's heads. The teacher of this class requested we make these masks to accomodate the animal stories they've been reading lately. Making masks instead of puppets allows the kids to keep their hands free to flip through the pages of the book, as well as act out each story. We had a lot of fun making these.
